4. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights over the tools, methodologies, concepts, and background materials used by ArteDiseño remain at all times the property of ArteDiseño.

The rights to the specific deliverables created for a client will be transferred to the client as stipulated in the project agreement, upon full payment of all fees. Until that time, ArteDiseño retains all rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ArteDiseño shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
